Gift cards are accepted at all ACE stores that can accept credit cards.

Do Ace gift cards have an expiration date or any fees associated with them?
ACE Gift Cards NEVER expire! The Ace gift card is a value loaded Visa card and therefore has an expiration date associated with the card. However, the store will always honor the gift card as long as there is a remaining balance. There is no inactivity fees charged to unused gift cards.

How does the Ace gift card work?
The Ace gift card can be used to purchase merchandise at any participating Ace Hardware location. Gift cards are available in any amount from $5 to $250 in store and $25, $50, & $100 denominations online.

How can I check my gift card balance?
Balance inquiry is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1-888-749-1509 or you can have your card scanned in our store.

Are Ace gift cards reloadable?
No.

What should I do if my card gets lost or stolen?
To report a lost or stolen gift card, call 888-749-1509. Gift card number, purchase information and/or a receipt will be required to refund the remaining balance on the lost or stolen gift card.
